RulesSet Merge

The option to merge the contents of two different RuleSet. The two must have in clipboard
Resources -> RuleSet-> Merge Rule Set
When this option is chosen are present a GUI for select RuleSet to merge. First message box is for RuleSet receive of new terms and second is for RuleSet to merge to the first one.
