This operation is a special case of the one explained in Corpus Relation Extraction, where the verbs (clues) used in RE are given by a user defined list.

We will only here show the differences.

The operation is launched in the same way (right click a Corpus data-type object and select the option Corpus -> RE-> Relation Extraction). Follow the wizard, the steps of selecting the processes and the POS taggers are similar.

In the model selection stage, select "Binary Select Verbs Only" and process to the selection of the verbs list pressing Next

The next panel allows to choose the Biomedical Verb List to use. Select a list of Biomedical Verbs (given by a Lexical Words object).

The RE operation will start and be executed as in the regular option and a new RE Process object will be added to the clipboard, in the Corpus Process View.
