Ontology Create

For create an Ontology user must press right mouse bottom in Ontologies data-type ( on clipboard) and select Resource->Ontologies->Add Ontology or pressing add Ontology bottom in Ontology View

Appears a Ontology Creation panel and user must fill Ontology name and alternatively fill Ontology Notes and press Ok Button.
