The Merge Dictionaries option allows to merge the contents of two different dictionaries being available in the sub-menu Dictionary.
The user right clicks over the destiny Dictionary data-type an selects Resources -> Dictionaries -> Merge Dictionaries
A GUI is then launched that allows the configuration of this operation:
- The user can define if as a Merge result generate a new Dictionary or destiny Dictionary receive the element from Source.
- If user select a new resource must fill resource name and/or resource info.
- The user can select source dictionary
- The user can select each class of classes from source resource that should be merging.
- If user select a new resource can select class of classes from destiny resource.
As a result of this operation the system generate a Merge Report.
- Number of terms added
- Number of Synonyms added
- Number of external ID's Added
- Number of classes Added
- Source Resource
- Source Second Resource ( Create a New Resource as a result)
- Destiny Resource
- Number of conflicts
- Time (Milliseconds)
