Dictionary Create

After Start Resources Plug-in you can create a Dictionary by pressing left mouse bottom in dictionaries data-type ( on clipboard) or pressing add dictionary bottom in Dictionaries View (Red circle in image above)
Resource->Dictionaries->Create Dictionary
