The user can create a Dictionary by pressing right mouse bottom in Dictionaries data-type and select Resource->Dictionaries->Add Dictionary (on clipboard) or pressing add dictionary bottom in Dictionaries View (Red circle)
Appears a Dictionary Creation wizard and user must fill Dictionary name and alternatively fill Dictionary Notes and press Next Button.
In second panel the user have two option: Create an empty dictionary or add term to dictionary. If select empty dictionary press ok button otherwise press next button.
After select 'add term appears a final panel and user must select:
- Database Flat Files type (see Flat Files Supported ).
- Entity Selected
- Flat File (Select files to access data)
- Organism - Some Flat File options than could select organism for entity selection
