To create a Corpus based on Publication Manager queries, the user has to click the Corpora data-type icon in the clipboard and select the option Corpus -> Create -> From Publication Manager.
Selecting this option causes the Corpus Creation wizard to be launched.
Step 1: The user selects a name for the corpus, e.g “Case Study E. coli” and presses next.
Step 2: The user selects queries to compose the final corpus. When all queries are added, the user presses next.
In third panel the user can filter publication from select queries ( previous panel). User can filter documents for text characteristics ( full text, abstract or full text or abstract) and document relevance that may have been given in the Query View Relvance. Another option permits user selecting manually publication by fill box in appropriate box in Query view Tables. For continue press Ok Button.
The system crate a new Corpus whit name that user choose and it will be available in Corpora View
